Policy Statement

PAC 14 will promote the concept of community in Wicomico county by providing an opportunity to citizens, their government, and their public and private institutions to express viewpoints or share information through a free public cable television station.

Programming on the Access Channel will consist of:

Public access Programs: Programs created or provided by City and County residents who seek public access to the channel.

Educational access programs: Programs created by or at the request of educational institutions or organizations designed to educate or inform the citizens of Wicomico County.

Government access programs: Programs created by or at the request of City and County government, for the benefit of all the citizens of Wicomico county.
