FRIED TURKEY AND SEASONING RUB
Injection
seasoning:
Liquid Butter (like used for popcorn)
Vinegar
Minced Dried Onion
Seasoned Salt
Black Pepper
White Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Rub Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Old Bay
And any other seasoning you enjoy . Shake on turkey & rub in. ( not to
heavy with it though)
Cook your turkey 3 1/2 mins for per pound of weight of your turkey.
Check your turkey with a meat thermometer in thigh area until reads 175
degrees.
