PAC 14 Inc. is here to serve the public. We strive to engage and empower greater citizen participation in the process of producing local television programming. Local access television stations have nearly all of the same technical needs as commercial stations, however, our service is strictly non-commercial and non-profit. Therefore our challenges are much greater than those of commercial television, as we must train and equip not only staff, but all interested residents of Wicomico County.
The size and budgetary abilities of community access operations across the country vary. Since the late 90's, PAC 14 has managed to provide the best possible service with the resources available; a daunting task on severely limited funds. While traditional methods of funding P.E.G access exist, additional financial support of PAC 14, Inc, is needed. We serve as a one-stop community outreach and information resource utilized and watched by many in our community. From educational programs to health related series, candidate debates, or even coverage of local parades, PAC 14 has clearly demonstrated its supports for the local producers and viewers. Therefore, investing in PAC 14 is simply re-investing in your community and helping provide the opportunity for greater achievement.

Endowment
To celebrate PAC 14’s 19 years of community service, we have established an endowment fund with the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore to guarantee public access television for future generations. An endowment is a fund used to sustain an organization, offering financial security and independence.
How it works The account earns interest that can be withdrawn for use by that organization. An endowment of $3 million dollars would generate enough interest to sustain an independent public access channel indefinitely.
